Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily processing window begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

After processing, standard delivery or transit normally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, high-volume periods, or an incomplete address.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used for the order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

Delays, loss, and damage

If tracking is delayed or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order details and clear photos when relevant. We will review the situation and help with the available carrier or order resolution.
