Using the store responsibly

Use this website for lawful browsing and purchases and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the storefront, introduce malicious code or misuse another person's details.

Product descriptions and order acceptance

Review the selected flavor, pack size, quantity, ingredients and other product information before submitting an order. We work to present accurate details, but an image, description, price or availability entry may contain an error. Material errors will be addressed with you; this does not remove remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance remains subject to availability, successful payment authorization and reasonable verification of the order. If we cannot fulfil an order as submitted, we will communicate the issue and any available next steps.

Prices, payment and delivery

Store prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown as part of checkout. Enter payment details only through that flow. Normal preparation takes 1–2 business days following successful payment authorization, with an estimated further 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not fixed arrival guarantees. Our Shipping Policy explains supported destinations and parcel enquiries.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective goods, including a change of mind, and we accept exchanges. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. For non-defective returns, goods must be new, unused and in original condition; a defective or damaged item is not required to be undamaged.

Obtain approval before mailing a return. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing or lost. Eligible approved returns incur no corresponding return-postage charge or restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and available stock. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, with bank posting possibly taking longer. The full steps appear in our Refund Policy.

Content and legal boundaries

Trademarks, photographs, text and other site content remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Use them only as permitted by law or the rights holder. Our responsibility and any limitation of it remain subject to applicable law; nothing here excludes consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Revisions apply prospectively and do not take away rights attached to an existing purchase. For questions about an order or these terms, use Contact Us.
